Onboarding Process
We keep things completely transparent and low-friction. Here is what you can expect when you submit a project request:
How fast will I get a response?
We review submissions daily. You will receive an email or text confirmation within 24 hours, followed by a detailed service proposal link from shaw@guidistech.com within 5 business days, depending on workload.
Do you require a setup call?
Not necessarily. If you outline your details clearly in the form, we can build your complete setup roadmap and price estimate asynchronously. If you prefer to talk, you can request a quick phone kickoff.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical setup takes 7–14 days. This includes designing your website layout, claiming and optimizing your local Google Maps listing, and configuring your Twilio virtual lines.
