1. Privacy Policy

At Guidis Tech, we collect contact information (names, emails, and phone numbers) strictly to coordinate project setups and handle communication requests. We do not sell or trade your data. We retain contact details and project planner submissions only for as long as necessary to provide our services, or for a maximum of 12 months after our last communication, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

2. Terms & Code Ownership

All websites, styling assets, and integration configurations built for your business are subject to the following guarantees:

• 100% Asset Transfer: Upon payment of the final invoice, full ownership and repository keys for the custom HTML code are transferred to the client. We do not hold your domain name or layout assets hostage.
• Hosting & Operation Costs: The client is responsible for paying directly for third-party service bills (e.g. Twilio API usages, domain registration fees) to maintain complete billing control.
• Limitation of Service Liability: Guidis Tech builds systems using reliable open-source frameworks, but is not responsible for downtime, carrier failures, or message blocking on external telecommunications networks.

3. SMS Consent Policy

By selecting "SMS" as your preferred reachback preference in our forms, you authorize Guidis Tech to send automated text messages to confirm form submissions or follow up on project statuses.
